Chancellor Dynes,

This wage proposal is an insult to our intelligence. I am starting my new job search today as I am sick and tired of putting up with this nonsense. We should be entitled to a fair and decent wage. We should not have to put up with 2 years of this bickering to get a pitiful pay increase. Would you accept this?
