CONTRACT RATIFICATION INFORMATION

Only dues-paying MEMBERS OF CUE will be able to vote on the tentative CUE/UC contract.

WHO IS A MEMBER?

UC Clericals who have sent in a CUE membership form. To be eligible to participate in this ratification vote, your membership form must be received by CUE no later than 5:00 pm on December 15, 2000.

WHO IS NOT A MEMBER?

UC clericals who pay only Fair Share fees, and not dues. If you have not filled out a membership form, even if fees are deducted from your paycheck, you aren't a voting member. Generally, member dues are only $0.50 - $1.00 more per month than Fair Share fees. (Find out exactly how much more by using the Membership Dues Calculator.)

HOW TO BECOME A MEMBER AND ENABLE YOURSELF TO VOTE, ALL IN ONE EASY STEP

Come to an in-person-polling site on your campus. You will be able to complete a membership form when you vote! This tentative agreement covers YOU and EVERY OTHER UC CLERICAL. The next few days are your very last chance to make yourself eligible to vote.
