If you would like to become a voting member of the union, please fill out a Membership form, print it off, then mail it in to CUE, 2855 Telegraph Ave, Suite #302, Berkeley, CA 94705. The membership form is in PDF format and can be filled out online before printing. You will need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader to read and print it.
If you are unsure about your membership status, please look at your paystub from the University. If it says "CUE Dues" you are a member already, but if it says "CUE Agency Fee" or something similar you are not a member yet.
Membership dues are 0.5% of gross monthly salary. The difference between paying fair share fees versus being a member amounts to less than $1.00 more per month (on average), and being a member enables you to vote on union issues, run for elected offices within the union, and participate more fully in the actions and decisions of your union.
