What follows is a record of the vote count on the constitutional amendment on which members voted in August 2004. These figures reflect the fact that not enough people voted, yes or no, for the vote to count or be binding.

valid returns: (12.6% of ballots sent)

Voted:
Yes: 384 (58.3% of those voting)
No: 275 (41.7% of those voting)

In summary: Because fewer than 40% of our members participated in the vote, the outcome is not binding and the amendment was not adopted.
