SURVEY CONCERNING FURLOUGHS-SALARY REDUCTIONS

Dear CX Bargaining Unit Member:

As you know, CUE's bargaining team has been negotiating a successor contract with UC for over a year. UC recently announced a Furlough/Salary Reduction program would be implemented for state funded faculty and non-represented employees beginning September 1, 2009. UC has indicated they will ask CUE to accept the same plan. In anticipation UC's proposal, we would like your feedback.
