Dear CUE Statewide,
During the month of June each year, employees in the Clerical (CX) unit may
file a written preference indicating how they want their overtime to be
compensated. If the department offers compensatory time as an option, a
clerical employee may elect to receive either compensatory time off (CTO) or
pay for earned overtime. If a CX does not choose a preference, overtime pay is earned.
Please check with your immediate supervisor for this form to elect which option
you prefer. If you have any questions or concerns, about this form or anything
