The CUE Statewide Executive Board has endorsed the AFSCME strike on April 14. The following letter was sent to UC.

NOTICE OF INTENT TO HONOR PICKET LINES

The COALITION OF UNIVERSITY EMPLOYEES hereby serves NOTICE of its intention to honor the picket lines of AFSCME Local 3299 for a period of 24 hours at all locations of the University of California which employ clerical and allied service workers represented by CUE, in accordance with the rights of CUE and CUE-represented employees guaranteed by the Higher Education Employer-Employee Relations Act (HEERA), Government Code sections 3565, 3568, 3570, and the United States and California Constitutions.
