Side letter - Signing bonus & Additional Vacation Day

Career UC employees who have transferred out of the CX bargaining unit between December 15, 2004 and the ratification date of the CX 2004 Successor MOU, and who did not receive the holiday closure bonus days during the 04-05 fiscal year, shall receive one vacation day credited to their vacation balance (pro-rated by their current appointment percentage).
