Side Letter Agreement - No Strikes

If the University and CUE engage in reopener bargaining pursuant to Article 6: Duration, section B.1 and/or B.2, the parties agree to meet and confer pursuant to HEERA over salary adjustments for that contract year.

The parties agree that the contractural prohibition against strikes and concerted activities provided for in the No Strikes article shall be waived upon the conclusion of the HEERA required impasse procedures for the reopener bargaining.
