2005 Tentative Agreement

Successor negotiations on improvements to the CUE-UC contract began in July 2004. After reaching impasse, the parties went to mediation. This has resulted in a tentative agreement ("TA"). The language of the contract tentatively agreed upon can be found here. A ratification vote is being held now and will continue through to 5:00 pm on February 13. Members were sent ballots to their home. In order to vote on the new contract, you must be a member of CUE. If your pay stub shows "Fair Share Fee", you are not yet a member. Print off this membership application form and join now in order to vote in January! Check your local contacts for information on balloting locations near you.
